No REFUNDS will be given for cancellation of participation.

Registration are to made by 18th April 2014.

For non-presenter participants, registration can be made via the above form by 6th May 2014.

All abstracts must be written in English using Microsoft Office Word, in Times New Roman with the following format.

Title: Bold, font size 14.

Author: Bold, font size 12, underline the name of presenting author.

Address: Italics, font size 10, no abbreviations.

Please indicate address of each author numerically in superscript and include the email address of the corresponding author.

Text: Font size 12, 1.5 spacing, one paragraph of NOT more than 250 words, no diagram/figures and references.

Abstract must include the aim, methods, results, discussion, and conclusion indicating the significance of the investigation.

Authors are to ensure the correct use of English in the abstract.

The committee will NOT be responsible for any grammatical errors in the abstract submitted.
